Today’s GIN sip is @imbuedistillery Sub-Urban.

This is their inaugural gin – a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbourne’s fringe suburbs including dandelion, prickly pear, blueberries and fennel. It is crafted in Eltham.

I really enjoyed this delicious Gin with sugar free tonic. I garnished it boldly with 2 of the key ingredients … freshly frozen blackberries and fennel .
