Spring Cocktails with Bundaberg Sodas

The Lime Price High crisis continues…. @bundabergdrinks to the rescue!!

I started by creating a very classic margarita recipe that calls for minimal lime juice:
30ml Reposado Tequila
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lime Juice .

To add a little more sparkle, I simply added the following sparkling @bundabergdrinks flavours to taste:

▫️ Blood Orange
▫️ Pink Grapefruit.
▫️ Lemon Lime & Bitters.
▫️ Tropical Mango
▫️ Peach

Garnish with edible flowers

Blood Orange is season is nearly over…but never fear, @bundabergdrinks sparkling blood orange Soda is here!

To create my ‘Bundy Spring Spritz’ you will need:

30ml Silver Tequila
30ml Luxardo Aperitivo (you could use Aperol)
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
60ml @bundabergdrinks sparkling blood orange Soda
15ml Homemade Lower Sugar Prosecco Syrup*
Garnish with flowering thyme and blood oranges.
Serve over plenty of ice and paper straws.

Result: This really is a spring sensation in glass
* to make the syrup, I used 1 cup of Prosecco and 1/4 cup caster sugar. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat until the liquid reduces to around half.
