Cultivate the unusual with my curious creation:

45ml Hendricks Gin @hendricksginaustralia
15ml Premium Orange Liqueur with Cognac
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Home Made Dragonfruit Syrup *
20ml Aquafaba .
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the foam to settle and garnish with thin slices of cucumber.

*To Create the syrup, I used 100grams of dragonfruit, ½ cup of caster sugar and 1 cup of water. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Allow to cool and strain into a jar and refrigerate overnight.
