Time to Re-Shake

My friend @erbsiscocktails is holding an event highlighting the re-shakes we create based on other drinkstagrammers creations @the.great.reshake .

It was a great reminder to mix up some of creations I have been meaning to do for a while!

I re-shaked 2 of @servedbysoberoncocktails based on what ingredients I had on hand!

The first one I wanted to try was Matthias ‘FROM JALISCO WITH LOVE’. I have been searching high and low for the gooseberries to no avail. So, my first attempt resembles a bit more of a The Word Cocktail variation … it was very delicious:

50ml Blanco Tequila
Agave Syrup (optional)
30ml Lime Juice
10ml Green Chartreuse
Mezcal Rinse

The second one I tried was ‘The Pegu Club’. I had everything on hand to make this one, but just half strength as I used up my Dry Curacao. To make my tenny tiny sip, I used:

30ml @melbourneginco
12.5ml Dry Curacao
2.5ml Lime Juice
1 dash @angosturahouse Orange Bitters
1 dash @angosturahouse Bitters

Garnished with Australian Wild Flowers
