Good Sunday Morning Margarita lovers!!! 🍊

The other day I was in a deli and my attention was immediately drawn to a sign saying ‘Blood Oranges’ . I thought it was a bit early in the season but I picked them up anyway just in case.

When I cut them open, they were not blood oranges … they were in fact Cara Cara Red Flesh Navel.

They were delicious and refreshing and I really enjoyed this Mocktail simply created with the citrus juice, Soda and orange bitters. Garnish with thyme. .
