World Cup Time!!!!

Just over an hour till the @socceroos 🇦🇺 kick off against France 🇫🇷 and I am feeling quite nervous!!

I have joined in the fun with #worldcupofcocktails . I set about creating a green and gold cocktail….

I used:
@patron tequila
Vok Blue Curaçao
Pink Grapefruit juice
Lime juice
Aquafaba infused with @honestjohnbittersco grapefruit bitters.

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with an edible flower. .

Result: it’s probably more aqua than green. My flower is not bright yellow. Never mind, it tastes absolutely delicious!
