So I took some inspiration from all of Fede’s @welcometomybar sour ideas and came up with these beauties. I used:

▪️4 oz @hellyersroaddistillery Single Malt Whisky 🥃 .
▪️2 oz lemon juice
▪️1 oz homemade quince syrup
▪️1 egg white
.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for at least one minute.

Strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Garnish with rosemary and serve by the fire.
