Flamingo Blackberry Margarita .

My Instabuddy @cocktailsmandurah Kori spotted this absolutely divine flamingo (let’s call it a tiki cup) in an op shop in Mandurah Western Australia. .

She sent me a pic and I told her how much I loved it. .

She had hidden it away at the back of the shelf (just in case)and went back the next day and bought it for me and shipped it all the way to Melbourne. .

Kori also sent me a range of her homemade rimmers that I just cannot wait to try out! .

To create the Margarita I used:
🌸Reposado Tequila
🌸Cointreau Noir
🌸Lime juice
🌸Frozen Blackberries

Place all ingredients in high speed blender and double strain into the flamingo tiki. Garnish with more frozen blackberries and a reusable silicone straw.
