The Australian Red seedless grapes are just so delicious at the moment! I pierced each grape a couple of times with a cocktail pick and soaked them in some @fourpillarsgin for around 12 hours. .
Then I simply added the grapes to a glass and filled it with @fevertreeaustraliaTonic. .
A taste explosion with every sip!
Fun fact: Today when I was out and about exploring Karachi I had the one of the nicest juices I have ever had…it was made with phalsa. It is a species of Grewia native to southern Asia from India east to Cambodia, and widely cultivated in other tropical countries. When I get home to Melbourne I am going to try and find these and recreate this delicious recipe with them!!!
