I have seen a lot of beetroot cocktails lately which has inspired me to create my own antioxidant vegan taste explosion! .
45mls Reposado tequila
60mls Cool Beets @thejuice_lab pressed juice*
10mls fresh lime juice
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute until the ice has melted. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with an orchid.
