Wish l was sipping on this Wednesday
These Pineapple 🍍 Jalapeño Mezcal Margarita has been quite a few days in the making!
Firstly, I made a Pineapple Jalapeño Shrub:
🍍1 cup Caster Sugar
🍍1 cup Champagne Vinegar
🍍2 cups fresh pineapple.
🍍3 slices Jalapeño
Place all ingredients in a jar, shake well and refrigerate for 3 days. Shake contents daily. Believe me, it’s worth it!
The Margarita (Makes 2)
90mls Mezcal
30mls Cointreau
60mls lime juice
60mls Pineapple and Jalapeño Shrub
@saltypaloma Dynamite rim
Serve with Mint and another slice of Jalapeño .
Result: Mezcal Margarita Heaven. Spicy. Sweet. Smokey. Sour. Yum
