Good Monday Morning Margarita lovers! Let’s kick start the new week with my Grapefruit and Ginger Paloma’s.

45mls @casamigos blanco tequila
15mls @cointreau_officiel
60mls @bundabergdrinks Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Drink*
15mls freshly squeezed lime juice
10mls Ginger Cordial.

Place all ingredients (except the soda) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined. Stir in soda.

Pour into your favourite cocktail glasses and garnish with crystallised ginger and edible flowers..
