Super Bowl Sunday: It is actually Monday here in Melbourne but that has not stopped me getting in the spirit for the big game between @patriots@philadelphiaeagles

For the Patriots, I have created a margarita with Reposado tequila, Blue Curaçao and freshly squeezed lime juice. I used Aquafaba to create the foam and garnished with raspberries.

For the Eagles, I created a margarita with Reposado tequila, triple sec and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. To achieve the teal colour, I combined yellow, green and blue food colouring with the grapefruit juice until the colour was achieved. Aquafaba used to create the foam!
