Sweltering in Melbourne and I go to the freezer and there is no ice left. So I used frozen pineapple as my cooling agent for this Ginger and Mint throw together margarita.
Recipe:
45mls Reposado Tequila
15mls @cointreau_officiel
100 grams frozen pineapple 🍍
50mls freshly squeezed lime juice
3 mint leaves
Sugar free ginger ale.
I placed all ingredients (except ginger ale) into the blender and whizzed on high speed until combined. Pour into a glass and fill with ginger ale.
Result: What an amazing combo of flavours. Yummo.
