Today I have Sun Shine on my Mind and I have mixed up a summer fruits frozen margarita for you all to enjoy!

I placed freshly frozen pineapple and mango, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice and coconut milk in a blender and whizzed until combined.

Sprinkle @tajinmx_oficial over to top of the cocktail to give it a bit of a kick!
