Matthias assigned me with Rachel @tipsygypsy_blog so I had to find out something about her and make a cocktail that fits one way or another! Rachel describes herself as Just a girl in this big world tryin’ to find the best place to grab a cold one. ….(not dissimilar to my journey to find the worlds best margarita!)

So I decided to create a tropical vibe and recreate the tiki recipe that she created for Fede’s @welcometomybar Tiki Party. Of course I have added tequila and Mezcal

• 1/2 oz Coconut tequila
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice
• 3/4 oz orange juice
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 oz passion fruit syrup
• 2 oz Mezcal
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec

Result: This is literally tropical cocktail heaven!!!
