20mls Blue Curaçao
20mls @grandmarnier_uk
40mls @1800tequila coconut
40mls @williamssonoma Pineapple Habanero skinny mix
40mls freshly squeezed lime juice
50 grams of freshly frozen pineapple
I Placed all ingredients in my @thermomixaus on speed 9 for around 40 seconds.

Pour into a pineapple glass and garnish with an oversized pineapple Head.

Result: Sweet and Spicy!
