20mls Blanco Tequila
20mls homemade rum and chilli reduction*
40mls freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
A couple of drops of @honestjohnbitterscograpefruit Bitters.
Result: This is hot hot hot and not for the faint-hearted!
*Rum and chilli reduction: Pour half a cup of @_havanaclub Rum into a saucepan and add one small red chilli (sliced) and 2 tablespoons of castor sugar. Start on a high heat and reduce the heat when the Rum comes to the boil. Simmer until the rum reduces to around half.
