Today I have created a cocktail with Cynar for the 1st time. It is an Italian bitter liqueur made from 13 herbs and plants Predominantly artichoke. Please enjoy my Tamarillo Bitters.
Recipe:
50mls @patron blanco
10mls Cynar
50mls freshly squeezed lemon juice
Pulp of one Tamarillo .
5 drops of @honestjohnbittersco Aromatic Bitters
I placed all ingredients in a high-speed blender and whizzed until combined. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Rim with @thesaltboxau Haberno Salt.
Result: My kind of bitterness!
