Recipe:

45mls @tequila_blu infused with Jalapeño for 48hrs
20mls @cointreau_officiel
30mls Unsweetened pineapple juice (aldi)
30 grams frozen pineapple (@colessupermarkets)
15mls freshly squeezed lime juice
Mint

Place all ingredients in @thermomixaus on speed 9 until combined. Pour into your favourite cocktail glass rimmed with @tajinmx_oficial
