Watermelon and Mint Margarita

  • Watermelon and Mint Margarita…….This really is one in a melon! Full Video instruction below!!!

    Recipe:
    50mls @donjuliotequila blanco tequila
    10mls @mariebrizardes triple sec
    40mls freshly squeezed lime juice
    50 grams of freshly frozen watermelon
    2 barspoons of homemade mint syrup*

    Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz on high speed for around 30 seconds.

* To Make the Mint Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to simmer. The Syrup is ready when the liquid is reduced by half. Allow to cool and strain into a recycled jar
