STRANGER THINGS COCKTAIL CONTEST:
Elliot @apartment_bartender has created a contest to mark the start of the 2nd season of @strangerthingstv out this Friday. I have not seen the series … now I need to get Netflix and start watching!…..So I have taken inspiration from Elliot’s ‘Eleven Obsession’ cocktail & added some coffee so I am ready to binge series watch!

Recipe:
60mls Mocha Liqueur (tequila base)
20mls maple syrup
30mls cold drip coffee
1 egg
Great dash of Chocolate Chilli Bitters (Miracle Mile Bitter co batch 402 #104)

How to: Combine the Mocha tequila, maple syrup, whole egg, bitters and coffee in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 30 seconds and then add ice. Shake vigorously for another 30 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with toasted waffle, cream and cherry
