It’s one of my favourite days of the year!

Watermelon and strawberry mezcal margarita.

Recipe (Makes 2)

50mls @delmagueymezcal Vida Mezcal
25mls Triple Sec
100 grams fresh watermelon
50 grams fresh strawberries
25mls barberry tea.

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and whiz until combined. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Serve with ice and oversized garnishes. Salud!

You are the pina to my Pineapple Mezcal margarita.

Recipe (Makes 2)

50mls @delmagueymezcal Vida Mezcal
25mls @cointreau_officiel
100 grams fresh pineapple
50mls freshly squeezed lime juice
Good dash of Jalapeño cocktail spice.

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and whiz until combined. Pour straight into your favourite pineapple glass. Serve with ice. Salud!

15mls @cointreau_officiel
30mls freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit
15mls grapefruit soda syrup
Sparkling mineral water to fill the glass.
Garnish with rosemary and grapefruit

Mango & Ginger Mezcal Margaritas.

Recipe:
30mls @bruxomezcal no 2
30mls @domainedecanton ginger Liqueur
30mls freshly squeezed lemon juice
50 grams frozen mango.

Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz on high speed until combined. Serve over ice and garnish with Mint.
