It’s International Paloma Appreciation Week (yes IPAW it’s a thing!) and I have created an absolutely delicious Skinny Pink Paloma with only 112 calories to celebrate.
Recipe (Makes one)
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (except mineral water) and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top up with sparkling mineral water. Serve with a slice of Jalapeño.
