It’s FriYAY!!!! It’s time to take flight with my trio of simple melon margaritas.
Recipe:
Watermelon Margarita
- 30mls Casamigos Anejo tequila
- 15mls cointreau
- 30mls Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 50 grams frozen Watermelon balls
Rockmelon Margarita
- 30mls Casamigos Anejo tequila
- 15mls Cointreau
- 30mls Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 50 grams frozen rockmelon (cantaloupe)
Honey Dew Margarita
- 30mls Casamigos Anejo tequila
- 15mls Cointreau
- 30mls Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 50 grams frozen honey dew melon
Simply place all ingredients into thermomix on high speed until combined. Rim glasses with Ceylon cinnamon sugar. Strain cocktail into your favourite cocktail glass. Salud!
