It’s Friday and some might say the only decision you need to make is a bottle or a glass. So I have whipped up some pomegranate and raspberry margaritas to go perfectly in these little glass bottles. This recipe is also compliant with my skinny margarita challenge.
30mls @lapintapomegranate Tequila Liqueur
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
30 grams of frozen raspberries .
I mixed all ingredients in a blender on high speed until combined. Double strain into your favorite cocktail glass and garnish.
Result: You have to make this on the weekend. Salud!
