Spring is almost here and the flowers are starting to bloom in Melbourne! I have created something pink and delicious for @amaroweek that is also compliant (just) with my healthy Margarita Challenge (day 22). Please enjoy my ‘Cranberry Blossom’

Recipe:
30mls @herradurateq plata tequila
15mls @amarodiangostura Liqueur
30mls freshly squeezed lemon juice 🍋
15mls @oceansprayinc low-calorie cranberry juice
1/2 Egg white
Cherry blossom garnish
How to: Add 1/2 egg white and ice along with all ingredients and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Double strain into your favorite cocktail glass.
