Let’s kick off my Amaro Week @amaroweek campaign with a flaming good start. Please enjoy my Rosemary Amarita.
Recipe:
15mls @kahtequilaofficial infused with rosemary for 24 hours
15mls @amaro_montenegro
15mls @campariofficial
15mls freshly squeezed lemon juice.
How to:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into cocktail glass. Place rosemary and wooden cocktail pic across the cocktail glass. Light the cocktail pic and repeatedly sprinkle cinnamon on the flame to create sparks. When the flame disappears, re-strain the cocktail back into the cocktail glass.
Result: the smokiness from the burnt rosemary and cinnamon elevates this bitter cocktail to a sensational new level
