Sasha @sashadallasgirl recently created ‘The Pursuit of Plum’ cocktail…..And she suggested a plum Margarita?…Challenge accepted. I hope you enjoy my ‘Well I’ll be plum’d’ as much as I just did.
Recipe:
15mls @kahtequilaofficial Blanco
15mls @crownroyal Canadian Whiskey
1/2 Red Plum
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice.
How to:
I placed all ingredients in a high-speed bender with ice and blitzed until combined. Double Strain into your favorite cocktail glass. Garnish with rosemary and a cherry.
Result: I love challenges… this is not normally a combination I would try and I am just so gawd damn glad I did.
