Tequila and Tonic

Tequila and Tonic…Yes it’s a thing and it’s delicious! On day 17 of my healthy Margarita challenge, I have added some Lebanese cucumber and lime to add some extra crispness…and it’s only 76 calories. Salud!

Recipe:
30mls @patron silver tequila
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
30 grams unpeeled Lebanese cucumber
@schweppesaus Diet Tonic water to fill the glass
@tajinoficial and cucumber garnish

I mixed all the ingredients (except the Tonic) together along with some ice in @thermomixaus for 1 minute on speed 9. Pour into your favourite cocktail glass and stir in the tonic water.

Result: Just so crisp and refreshing and almost guilt free.
