Mexican Mango Margarita

It’s day 14 of my Skinny Margarita Challenge. Say Hola to my Mexican Mango Margarita
Recipe:
30mls Reposado Tequila
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
15mls @amaro_montenegro
90mls lemon and ginger tea from @aldiaustralia
50 grams of fresh Mexican Mango
Homemade chilli Salt*

How to: I placed all ingredients in the @thermomixaus on speed nine for 45 seconds. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass rimmed with chilli Salt

Result: This is so delicious. Now I just need a Mexican beach to enjoy it on. Salud!

*to make the chilli Salt, simply mill chilli and Salt together on high speed in a high-speed blender
