Thai Margarita

So I got my hands on some home-grown kaffir limes and leaves from @sarjam11 This inspired me to create a Thai Margarita.

30mls @casamigos infused with kaffir lime leaves for 24 hours
15mls kaffir lime juice (very sour)
15mls Triple Sec
45mls ginger and lemon tea from @aldiaustralia
Red chillies to taste
Murray river pink salt rim
Lemongrass and kaffir lime garnish

Result: Wahooooo ! This is so sour, just to my liking! If sour is not your thing, add a little extra triple sec or agave syrup. If you are a Coriander/cilantro lover, you could also add this in true Thai Style. But @i.hate.coriander 😝
