Green Smoothie? Kind of. Just with a little tequila Today is day 9 of my Skinny Margarita challenge. Please enjoy my Avocado and Cucumber Margarita.
Recipe:
30mls @espolontequila Reposado Tequila
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
100 grams Lebanese cucumber
30 grams Avocado
60mls Water
@lachinatasmokedpaprika And Salt Rim
I mixed all the ingredients together along with some ice in @thermomixaus for 1 minute on speed 9. Pour into your favourite cocktail glass.
Result: who knew detoxing could be so much fun!
