Who said you can’t have your cake and eat it too??? Well this is just not the case with my creamy pineapple Margarita! Some piña coladas can have up to 644 Calories…not mine…it squeezes in at 158. You can enjoy this one (relatively) guilt free:
Recipe:
30mls @patron Reposado
15mls @cointreau_officiel
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
50 grams @colessupermarkets frozen pineapple
60mls Unsweetened Coconut milk from @aldiaustralia
@tajinoficial rim and coated pineapple
How to:
I placed all ingredients in my @thermomixaus on speed nine for one minute. Rim glass with Tajin. Roll pineapple pieces in the Tajin for the garnish.
Result: I am not missing the extra calories in this one, it’s just so delicious
