It’s a berry wonderful afternoon because it’s Friday! Please enjoy my ‘Mixed Berry Cooler’
30mls freshly squeezed lemon juice
50 grams frozen mixed berries
30mls Tequila (optional 😉)
I blended the berries, mint, tequila and lemon juice in a high-speed blender for around 30 seconds. Place mixture in your favourite cocktail glass and fill with sparkling mineral water. Stir well. Garnish with berries and mint.
Result: This cooler tastes fabulous without the tequila. It is Friday, so I might have added the tequila 😉 …and it was even better! Salud!
