Looking for a lower calorie, lower carb tantalising margarita recipe idea? This Cucumber and Lime Margarita ticks all the boxes
Recipe:
30mls @patron silver tequila
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
100 grams peeled Lebanese cucumber
Dukkah and pink salt rim
Cucumber Peel Garnish
I mixed all the ingredients together along with some ice in @thermomixaus for 1 minute on speed 9. Pour into your favourite cocktail glass.
Result: Stunning flavour, crisp and refreshing and almost guilt free.
