Today is a picture perfect winters day in Melbourne. It’s mild and sunny so I put the housework to one side (that’s nothing unusual) and I am making the most of it with a subtropical feel Margarita.
60mls Reposado Tequila
60mls freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup of frozen mango
Place all ingredients in a blender on high speed until combined. Stir in the pulp of fresh passionfruit and serve with Mexican Chillies.
Result: Tart! I think this is the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
