45mls reposado tequila
30mls coconut cream
30mls white chocolate ganache*
Chilli Flake Rim.
Result: Rich and Indulgent
* @thermomixaus recipe. Weigh in 100 grams white chocolate and blitz for 10 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Weigh in 80mls cream. Set thermomix to temperature 50 for 2 minutes at speed 5. Allow to cool
