Well, Wimbledon is over for another year…. my favourite player and all round good guy @rogerfederer has taken out his 8th title…..so I have created a ‘Roger 8’ margarita for #sippingwimbledon

Recipe:
50mls @pimmsaustralia
15mls @casamigos reposado 
15mls @solerno_bloodorange
40mls freshly squeezed lime juice
150mls Sprite zero
15mls strawberry shrub
Good dash of @angosturahouse Bitters
One large cup of frozen dragon fruit and strawberries.
Mint to taste.
