Dramatic and over-the-top…Yes Absolutely! I have a friend coming over this afternoon and she has a very sweet tooth. 🍭She often complains that my cocktails are too sour for her. So I have come up with a fairy floss solution. Please enjoy my ‘Cotton Candy Margarita’

Recipe:
30mls @1800tequila Blanco
30mls @cointreau_officiel
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
30mls freshly squeezed ruby pink grapefruit

Shake all ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into your favourite cocktail glass and place a good pinch of cotton candy (fairy floss) on top of the cocktail so it dissolves. Serve with a large over the top piece of fairy floss.

Result: if you like your margarita on the sour side, simply omit the cotton candy 🍭
