I am in training for the upcoming #amaro week and I have created a delicious bitter-sweet after-dinner digestif aperitif.
30mls Blanco Tequila
60mls freshly squeezed tangelo juice
1 egg white room temperature.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the ice is melted. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with tangelo zest.
Result: Bitterness Brilliance
