These are few of my favourite things and this grapefruit and guava Margarita is just perfect for Mezcal Monday.

Recipe:
90mls @bruxomezcal no2
30mls @solerno_bloodorange
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
60mls freshly squeezed ruby pink grapefruit
2 guava halves (canned) de-seeded

How to: mix all ingredients in a blender on high speed with ice until combined. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass.

Result: Mezcal Monday never tasted soooooo good!!!
