Bell Pepper (Capsicum) and Jalapeno Syrup

Chop 4 small bell peppers into small slices.

Place in a saucepan with 2 slices of Jalapeño, 1 cup brown sugar and 2 cups of water and bring to the boil.

Reduce the heat to simmer and remove when the liquid has reduced by half.

Allow it to cool. Strain syrup and pour into a sealed container and chill overnight
