It is an absolutely stunning sunny winters day in Melbourne so I wanted to create something that captured this beauty for my guests. Please enjoy my ‘Orange Galangal’ Margaritas
1 cup @patron reposado tequila
1/4 cup @solerno_bloodorange
2 cups freshly squeezed navel orange juice
1/4 cup sciroppi Di arancia (orange syrup)

Nob of galangal cut into slices
How to: I placed all the ingredients in a blender with ice on high speed until combined. Strain into your favourite cocktail glasses (I used mini milk bottles from @kmartaus) and garnish with blue orchids.
Result: The sharpness of the galangal mixed perfectly with the sweetness of the orange syrup.
