With @negroniweek just around the corner and the upcoming @amaroweek in August, I thought I better start some serious training and up-skill in Amora Italian Herbal Liqueur mixology. Here is my Italian Margarita:

30mls @patron Blanco
30mls @solerno_bloodorange
30mls lime juice
Burnt orange* and cinnamon sugar garnish

*I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on orange slices and place in the oven on a high temperature until slightly charred

Result: perfezionare! Bitterness Beauty
