Juniper Berries … Not just reserved for Gin… a couple of weeks ago I infused some Juniper berries in reposado tequila … And Here is my Juniper Berry Tonic:

60mls Juniper Berry infused reposado tequila
60mls freshly squeezed lime juice
60mls Tonic Water
Garnish of edible flowers

Result: Interesting … the taste definitely resembled some of the characteristics of a good gin and tonic.
