Grapefruit and Tequila really are a match made in heaven. The flavours really blend perfectly. Please enjoy my ‘Grapefruit Blush Margarita’

Recipe:

30mls blanco @sesiontequila
30mls blood orange liqueur @solerno_bloodorange
40mls freshly squeezed pink grapefruit
20mls freshly squeezed lime
Good dash of your favourite Grapefruit Bitters
1 egg white (room temperature)

Method:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake hard for 1+ minute to emulsify and chill ingredients.

Strain out ice and shake again for 1+ minute to aerate and further combine ingredients.

Double strain into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg orange sugar from @gewurzhaus on top when the egg white settles.

Result: Tart and Bitter yet perfectly balanced with the Nutmeg and orange sugar.
