Dessert is served…this is one I have been wanting to try for a while … and it was worth the wait … This is my final Cinco de Mayo 2017 post…. ‘Vanilla Be my Martini’
Recipe:
30mls vanilla bean infused reposado tequila
30mls @sesiontequila Mocha Liqueur
30mls full cream milk.
How to:
Shake tequila, liqueur and milk with ice vigorously in a cocktail shaker. Rim glass with a small amount of @bettycrocker vanilla frosting (it acts like a glue) and garnish with crushed @cadburyoz Smashed chocolate. Garnish with infused vanilla bean pod.
Result: Decadent liquor aperitif
* I infused 200mls reposado tequila with the extracted beans of one vanilla bean…..add the pod to the infusion. This one infused for 6 days.
