I found a little piccolo of @henkellau sparkling wine in back of the fridge so I have mixed up a Peach Tequila Bellini. Here’s cheers to the end of a fabulous long weekend. .
Recipe:
30mls @sesion blanco tequila
30mls @shrubandco Peach shrub
120mls @henkellau sparkling wine
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
Result: Bubbled Brilliance
