90mls freshly squeezed lime juice
Prawn Salsa cocktail made with tomato, avocado, prawns, red onion, cocktail sauce (home made with kewpie mayonnaise) and fresh dill. Served on ice berg lettuce and Garnished with parsley and black pepper
Result: I am beyond thankful for this taste explosion…truly indulgent and ridiculously delicious.
